Had mostly chicken and rice today. totaled 5 breasts and 2 cups of rice, as well as 2 jumbo eggs, half a gallon of milk and some bread.
Squat workout. Took some B12 and 100mg caffeine beforehand. It was abbreviated, but was a maximal effort day.
365X3 wraps and belt. Could have gotten 5 but this is a relatively new weight, and didn't want to push it.
315X10 Belt. Just trying to rep out. Felt solid.
I know this is a bad workout to have up as my first; most my leg workouts are either hell workouts, or involve a lot more front/hack squats.
Down a quick shake and some chicken and rice. Played some call of duty. Good times.

All the singles and the trip were solid as hell. Went wide stance for the 405; it worked well.

Back workout. I missed a few (didn't post a few workouts here) and had to take a break because I was sick. Occular migraines and a sore throat. Either way, diet has been good (just cooked 5lbs of chicken for today and tomorrow) and aside from the odd night drinking I've been doing well.
385X3 Grip slipped and loose belt.
415X1 Solid lift. Video is in strongman forum. Could have easily gotten another 10lbs or so.
+0X6 close grip

Awesome workout. Felt great. It could also be because I am quitting smoking. 2.5 cigs for the day, and during thanksgiving I will be quitting fully. I'm finally ready, and excited to be off of this habit. I quit before; but I did it for a girlfriend. When we broke up I started again. Now I am doing it for myself and couldn't be happier.

Sucks about the migraines. I get them from time to time. They're horrid.
How did you cook your 5lbs of chicken? I grill 99% of the meat I eat (a real grill, not a Foreman), but I've never made that much at once. I'm sure I could though. Might try it some time.

It makes food easy; I can run home from class and grab a bowl of rice and chicken and be on my way very quickly.
I've been getting the migraines since I was a kid. I lose part of my vision and sometimes can't speak. Waking up with one scares me as I sometimes think I'm having a stroke.

Just a quick update... did nothing since the last workout except eat and sleep. I'm ready to get back into it.
On a side note, I bought myself a pair of chucks... looking forward to pulling and squatting with them on.

Believe me dude, those shoes will help! I finally spent the $20 and got some after squatting in running type shoes for years. You'll notice the difference.

Chest workout. Half assed but I wanted to do something tonight.
Some cable flies for the pump and I was done. Rode my bike for 45 min at cardio pace and I was done for the night. I know it was half assed. Oh well.
I'm also up to 212lbs.
The chucks felt good on the push presses, I'll get to see how they pull on back day, which is monday.

Deadlift workout. Weighed in at 212.5lbs
Went up fine, but I lost my air partway up. Otherwise it went up fine. I like pulling with chucks on, although I can't say how much they did I like the feel.
Got some good food afterwards. otherwise no comments.

Could have gotten 5 reps, but didn't want to push it. Felt solid as hell! I kept my air this time and had no problem getting the reps out.

355X1 Juuuuust the right amount of weight. This is the most weight I have ever pressed.
Short workout. Felt great though! The shirt chewed up my arms though but at least I am growing into it. The more size I gain the more I get out of my shirt.
