hi, im a person who is used to working out 6 to 8 times a week but i hvae recently started college and have a iob at which i work until 6 my gym closes at 8 and i also have homework.

i am 170 pounds
maybe 15% bodyfat
my height is 5'11

i would like to cut back on the fat but not lose any mass that i have already lost some.

i need help making a new workout program. thanks
