All with a little help from Epi!
Hey Fellas,
Im relatively new here but I figured I would give it a go and log my first journey into the PH world. I have been behind the scenes trying to figure it all out, and just decided to go for it. I have been lifting off - and on for awhile now, since lax in high school. So now, Im looking to see what I can do, Ive been serious for a few years consistenly and am a work in progress
I have anumber of supps i use and i am planning on continuing through my cycle, Im currently on day 3 with Epi and am getting ready to hit the gym, I dont have tons of free time, but Im going to try and keep this updated so I have a record of my progress and maybe this will help someone else, who knows....
Lets begin....
I currently weighed in @ 196 (and according to my digital bf scale around 28% bf [although last time I measured it with a caliper it was around 18, but I will use that as a meauring stick/starting point.]
I am also planning on running a 4 week cycle at : 20/30/30/40
