    All with a little help from Epi!


    Hey Fellas,
    Im relatively new here but I figured I would give it a go and log my first journey into the PH world. I have been behind the scenes trying to figure it all out, and just decided to go for it. I have been lifting off - and on for awhile now, since lax in high school. So now, Im looking to see what I can do, Ive been serious for a few years consistenly and am a work in progress

    I have anumber of supps i use and i am planning on continuing through my cycle, Im currently on day 3 with Epi and am getting ready to hit the gym, I dont have tons of free time, but Im going to try and keep this updated so I have a record of my progress and maybe this will help someone else, who knows....

    Lets begin....

    I currently weighed in @ 196 (and according to my digital bf scale around 28% bf [although last time I measured it with a caliper it was around 18, but I will use that as a meauring stick/starting point.]

    I am also planning on running a 4 week cycle at : 20/30/30/40

    Well,
    Im not exactly feeling :bb3: BUT if the epi isnt kicking in, the motivation is! In fact, since I upped the dosages of fish oil, my shoulder hasnt been as bad! So thats a good sign!

    I will post my workouts form the week to give a baseline then Ill give you the +'s or -'s on the lifts next week!

    This was workout Day #1 on Epi (10 mg)

    *Im going to be looking to gain on chest, but ive been reluctant to push myself with it recently due to shoulder issues, my numbers arent monumental, as I think I stress form way to much and dont cheat at all, we'll see how this turns out....*


    Chest:

    DB Pullovers 3x 6-12 (50, 60, 70)
    Flat Smith 3x 6-12 (135, 165, 185)
    Incline Machine: 3x 6-12 (140, 230, 190)
    Decline DB: 3x 6-12 (45, 55, 60)

    Wednesday 9-3-08


    This was Back Day and my first day of 20 mg Epi, I took 2 doses, 1 in the AM and one before my lift.

    *Observations: Nothing thus far, just really excited to be starting out! My back was really stiff this morning, but i think I need a new mattress..*

    Lat Pulldowns 3 x. 6-12 (85, 115, 145)
    BB Row 4x 6-12 (95, 115, 135, 135)
    High Row 3 x 6-12 (140, 230, 190)
    Rack DL 3x 6-12 (225, 315, 365)
    1 Arm Row 2x 6-12 (60, 75) *Fried*

    I was pumped at the gym, notice a decrease in fatige, because I got through that workout in about 45 minutes (with stretching). I really hope i can keep up the pace

    Alright,
    So I got back from shoulders today, this was a sick workout, It was nice to be back hard.... I kept it easy as far as weight but kept it intense to try and see how long the shoulder would last

    Shoulders/Traps

    Smith Machine Press 3x 12-20 (75, 95, 115)
    Machine Press 3x 6-12 (90, 140, 160)
    Arnold Press 3x 6-12 (25, 35, 45)
    Machine Side Raises: 3x 6-12 (45, 65, 80)
    Upright Rows 4x 4-10 (45, 65, 85)
    Smith Behind-the-Back Shrugs 4x 6-12
    Barbell Shrugs 4x 6-12 (135, 185, 225, 245)

    *Observations: Nothing new to report, increased stamina and ability, no real effects to note, but it is still early...*

    Thanks for checkin in, as far as pics, I'll se what I can do over the weekend. I dont know how well itll turn out but if it seems more legit with pics then i will, otherwise I will just go by my observations and the mirror...

    My problem is the camera doesnt em to be working, (I tried over the weekend) Let me see if I can get it working in the AM,

    Well I took some pics on the 1 week mark and WOW, I did nto feel as bad about myself as after looking at those pictures.... gues its really time to kick it into high gear, the pictures werent great but Ill see what i can do about posting them....

    my leg workout from the other day went as follows:

    10 minute warm-up (treadmill)
    Leg Ext (2 w-u) then 2 sets of 10,10,2,20's [this is something that i read about on the animalpak website and figured I would give it a shot) (55, 85) [70, 100, 145, 70] then [55, 85, 205, 55]

    Leg Press (2 warm up) 4x 6-12: (180, 270), 450, 540, 590, 540

    Front Squat (smith) 3x 6-12: (75, 115, 135)

    Kneeling Iso-Leg Curl: 4 x 6-12: 20,25,30,40
    Lying Leg Curl 3x 10-12: 40, 65 80

    Noticed that my muscles werent overly sore at the gym, although witht he leg press i get pressure on my chest when i go up in weight, maybe im doing it wrong or goign too low, who knows......

    glad your having fun. Just to be clear though, epi is a steroid. Pictures are always cool, then you can look back on them later and see how far you came. Alos if you have any signs of gyno 911 some nolvadex, many people have gotten gyno from epi(havoc), thats not to say that you cant get it from other steroids but just somthing to be conscious of, especially with this being your first go at it, good luck!

    Week 1 Results!:

    Weight: 198.8 (+2.8 lbs
    Bodyfat: 29% (Up 1%

    Dosage: Day 1= 10 mg, rest of week 20 mg spaced out

    comments: I have been having some trouble sleeping/feeling lethargic dont know if its the whole school thing getting to me or the epi, Im going to point to the school as I had a few things come up already. I havent noticed too many sides except my back seems to be tight a lot of the time, may have to up the dosage of taurine.

    Results: Although the scale tells me not much has changed, the mirror is my benchmark for myslef, and that seems to be tellign a different story, i feel like my muscles seem to be filling out some and I feel like I have been leaning out some... only time will tell


    *Side Note, after taking those pictures I think when Im done with this I wanna try and work on a sick cutting phase so if anyone has any suggestions on things to look into/prep for that feel free to drop some hints

    Week 2: Epi @ 30mg
    I am planning on splitting the dosage to 3 times a day on non-training days about 4-6 hours apart and on training days 20 mg an hour before the lift and then the other 10 later. Anyone have any other suggestions feel free to post, I will probably run it at 30 for weeks 2 & 3, then evaluate from there maybe extend it a week, add a week at 40 or just start my PCT, im playing it by year, although I had been planning for a 4 week cycle, kicking it up to 40.....

    Thanks for checking in, I will be looking for it and plan to watch rather closely, any signs Ill be sure to drop it down, although I think i am keeping it pretty mild with the dosage, i tried to do my homework, but everyone is different.... we'll see how it turns out

    I started the 30 mg week on Tuesday (they will be my week changing days) and I havent noticed much of a difference when i spaced it out, although when I hit up my chhest workout today I feel like I had the best one ive had in a long time! I dosed the Epi at 20 mg before I hit the gym and I was extremely happy with the results!

    (Side note: I was EXTREMELY cramped for time, almost had to postpone it a day becasue of a committment that came up but decided to give it a go anyway, and i felt an increased pump and overall strength while I was there, my results were as follows)


    Pullover 3x 6-12: 50, 60, 80 (up from 70)[increased focus]
    Flat Smith: 4x 6-12: 75, 115, 165, 205 (up from 165)
    (felt 1,000x better)
    Incline H.s.: 3x 6-12: 90, 140, 160 (no change)
    Decline H.S.: 2x 10-15: 90, 110 (no change)
    Cable Crossover (f.s.): 7x 8-12 (no markable change)


    I noticed an increase focus and sense of energy/strength with the flat press, my shoulder was not as much as a problem as it has been in the past, I felt extrmely happy with my results as my time was extremely rushed and i completed the entire routine in around 40 minutes......


    So far, I would say the 30 mg dosage is a nice addition for me, Im going to add some cardio in if i can to try and work on this weight thing and hope i can try and slim down a little....

    Back Day with the increased doses:

    Lat Pulldown 3x 6-12: 85, 115, 145 (up 2 reps)

    BB Row 3x 6-12: 95, 115, 155 (up 20 lbs and for reps)

    High Row 3x 6-12: 90, 140, 230 (better repped at end)

    1 Arm Row 3x 6-12: 70, 90, 100 (up from last week, I believe the 6 reps @ 100 is a P.R.)

    Rack DL: 225, 315, 365 (same reps, form slipped at end)

    Observations: I noticed an overall increase in endurance and pumps, my back was murder by the time I left, AMAZING workout for me, I was impressed....

    thanks man, Im 2 days into week 2, so I think its going well so far, I mean I at least feel like im seeing some changes in the mirror, I cant really go by the scale, but I will post pics tomorrow, promise, and then ill have some comparison for the end..... we shall see....

    alright, so at the moment, the pics arent going to work, new laptop and having problems uploading, but ive taken them at the end of week 1 and week 2, and tomorrow i will take them at the end of week 3...

    If i can get it working I will post... although I can tell you I will be doing a massive cut after my PCT....

    Leg Day (Wk 2)


    This is my leg workout from week 2:

    week 2 results!!!


    Weight: 204.0 Up 5.2 lbs from Wk 1 & 8 lbs from pre-epi

    Bodyfat 28% down 1 % from week 1 & same as pre-cycle

    Observations= I noticed an increased endurance and aggression from the week at 30%, I think the epi is really kicking in now, balls are still sagging,

    Sides= some days I have some wicked back pumps, I think they are the days where my water intake has been low, I have also been fighting some lethargy with it.

    Positives= I feel like I can see a change in the mirror somewhat, and if it is all in my head thats ok, we'll see for sure after my cut when I shred off all this fat


    2 more to go! One more @ 30 and then the finale @ 40, although I may be tempted to run a second week @ 40, but we'll see...

    Back workout #3


    Lat Pulldown 3x 6-12: 85, 115, 145 (up 4 reps - decent form)

    BB Row 3x 6-12: 95, 135, 175 (up 20 lbs and for reps)

    High Row 3x 6-12: 90, 180, 250 (better repped at end) and + 20 lbs

    1 Arm Row 3x 6-12: 70, 90, 110 new P.R. of 110 by 5 reps!!!!

    Rack DL: 225, 315, 385 up 20 lbs for increased reps, im going for 400 next week [P.R.]

    Observations: Increased aggression and overall strength/endurance and I was sweating like no other, I had the most amazing back pumps of my life at the end!

    Observations: lethargy set in bad, my energy was way down, but I got through, no monumental gains but the fact that I got it in was decent....

    Week 3 = leg Day (last week @ 30)


    Leg Workout from week 3:

    10 minute warm-up (treadmill)
    Leg Ext (2 w-u) then 2 sets of 10,10,2,20's (55, 85) [50, 80, 160, 50] then [50, 80, 220, 50] TOp Number increased 60 lbs, i was excited

    Leg Press (2 warm up) 3x 6-12: (180, 270), 450, 540, 630 (up 40 lbs and increased strength)

    Front Squat (smith) 3x 6-12: 75, 115, 135 (increase in reps)

    Kneeling ham-Curl (S.S.): 3 x 6-12: 25, 30, 40
    Lying Leg Curl 3x 10-12: 50, 65 95 Increase in weight for second exercise! Superset because of time

    Because of a scheduling conflict I got through this workout in about 40 minutes, which is 20 minutes quicker than usual, so i was happy with the results!!!
