Weird I just flipped on the tv and saw a commercial for a free BG meter:

    https://www.freestylelite.com/freest...ld&code=hd74kd

Yea my friends ask me WTF im doing when they see me do the stretches. Sometimes they think Im just struggling with the weight and rush over to try and help me. It's bad enough I want to cry during some of the stretches but then to try and must....."No, No im stretching let me be" is waaaay more work.

O and I think I broke my BG meter. I dropped it getting out of my car the other day and now it wont read. I may not be getting enough blood but I've wasted like 5 strips and the pokes on my poor finger tips.....typeing is somewhat painfull now.

I feel ya there.. I was doing the chest stretch one morning with 50lb db's and was holding it there for a good 35-40 sec when some dude comes running up on me like "BRO do you need some help" It was kind of embarrasing.. Now i just hold them for like 10 sec then do a rep/fly, then back to the stretch. Just so i dont repeat that again...

Diets been kinda crappy 2day. I just haven't eaten a lot. I did 30min of cardio. For dinner I just had some custom hamburger helper with my whole wheat noodles. Followed that up with some reduced sugar cake masterpeice made with sugar free pudding. I figured it was a good post cardio meal. fast and slow carbs with a heafty dose of protein and low fat. I used the 97/3 (25gr protein and 3gr fat per 4oz)

How did you like those btw? When I did them it almost felt as if it was hitting the inner groin area even if I concentrated hard on pushing with the heels.

Yea my inner hammy's are a little more sore. Feet out with hammies=inner hammy and toes in=outter hammy work.

I kind of rotated on my heels as I pushed the weight up and down.

Effing high-schoolers! They screw everything up. When they ask me advice I say, "I'unno maaann. I just lifts weights and get hayyoougeeee..." I can tell when someone is genuinely interested, though. Then I tell them for real.

Looks like a great day in the gym! Try the t-bar rows with 25's, rather then 45's, you get some nice added ROM. When u fill up with 25's move to 35's.

Yea I venture into champs every once in a while too. They have more every day clotheing like shorts and polo type stuff, which they have great deals on also. Footlocker is straight gangsta

Not real huge but I HATE tight t-shirts. I know im bigger/in good shape (right now im kinda small) and i dont need a shirt cutting off my circulation to remind me of that or try to impress girls. A large is kinda tight and XL are comfortable but XXL gives me some motivation.

XL shorts, this ones easy.....I got a far ass

I hate tight shirts too. And it doesn't matter if I'm super lean they're just really uncomfortable. Also, I think wearing clothes a size or two too large actually makes a person appear bigger. I just recently grew out of all of my large shirts, damnit! Now I need to go shopping again, and my a** no longer fits into any of my jeans anymore either. Any time I squat down to pick something up in my jeans it looks like they're fukkin painted on, lol. I guess I need to hit up foot locker it looks like you got a pretty good deal.

Footlocker home of the 5 for $20 The closer you get to an urban/ghetto area the more deals and selection they have...remember that.

I only have 2.5 pair of jeans I can wear. The .5 is a pair I can only wear when Im really lean, when im not their boarderline too tight.

I only had one pair of jeans when I first started cutting. Now I've got 5 that fit me!

Suddenly I find shopping to be much less depressing now adays. That's what got me to realize I needed to cut. I tried on a pair of jeans that were a 34 and they were too tight. I remember being in the dressing room saying, "Ya, f*** this bulking business."

No my 32" jeans are uber loose.

Bringing back the big shirts thing...

Small shirts suck. I never liked wearing tight t-shirts. I always thought that dudes who wore them were complete d-bags. I've never strived to be a d-bag. Hence, larger shirts. Even now that I'm only 170, compared to my 215, I still wear XL and fit into them rather well. My wide back helps with that.

I forgot to do back work 2day I dont know why, I just didnt.

My shoulder felt a lot better than expected!

    Flat BB bench
    185lba13x5x4

    Smith Behind the Neck Press
    155lbs
    11x4x2

    Reverse Grip Smith Bench Press
    185lbs
    10x4x3

    Got some good streching in

I changed up my carbs to just 2 meals post workout and here I am almost 23 hours post workout and still feel full, and mosty importantly, not bloated.

The school scale put me in at 191lbs. I dont know about that but I did get a little off the diet on saturday with a lot of sodium and little water. We'll see what its like at the end of the week but for now that will be my DC starting weight.

I dont really have a goal set for my end weight just that my waist stay under 32.5"

If you guys would like me to post my revamped diet I'd be more than happy. Supps arent too much. ATW TCG complex, LG Slin, Uni-Liver tabs and a multi.
