Made some progress, then just stopped being consistent. Time to get my sh!t together.
I'll be cycling carbs. 100-gram low days, 150-gram medium days, and a 200-gram high day.
I'm shooting for 1.25 grams of protein/ lb. of bodyweight.
I'm currently using a multivitamin, Optimum's 100% Gold Standard, and caffeine. Trying to be less of a supplement-wh0re that I definately am.
I've had good results (in terms of fat loss, and holding onto every ounce of muscle) with a "slow and steady wins the race" approach.
On days where I lift, I do 30 minutes of cardio keeping my heartrate at about 130 BPM. On cardio-only days I do 30-45 minutes of more intense cardio.
I'm doing a PUSH/ PULL/ LOWER program.
