  2. WHEY BEAN SALAD
    beans beans there good for your biceps. . . . .
    • 1 Can Black beans - 15 0z, drained
    • 1 cup Corn - fresh or frozen
    • 1 cup tomato, drained and chopped
    • 1/2 red Onion, minced
    • 2 Tsp Garlic - minced
    • cup bell pepper – red or green
    • 1 cup whey crisps
    • 1/4 C Cilantro, chopped
    • 2 Tb Olive oil
    • 3 Tb Lemon juice - fresh
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    Combine all ingredients, refrigerate for two hours. Mix and serve.
