    Protein power burger!!
    1 16 oz. ground chicken breast
    1 cup whey crisps
    2 egg whites
    1 teaspoon steak sauce
    3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon grill seasoning
    mix egg whites, steak sauce, worcestershire sauce and seasoning in a bowl. add chicken and crisps into mixture. make small patties. Grill burgers on inside grill or frying pan until cooked through. add fat free or reduced fat cheese, tomato, red onion, and lettuce. serve on whole wheat roll.
    ( makes 10 mini sliders or 5 burgers)

    Take the peanuts out and add cashews and that would be awesome for snacking on a backpacking trip!

    hi ,all got my first tub of whey crisps natural about 1 1/2 weeks ago so i wanted to mix some crap up.

    protein brownies

    1cup oats
    3/4cup brown sugar
    1/2tsp sea salt
    1tsp cinnamon
    3/4cup whole wheat flour
    1/2cup organic coco
    5-6 scoops whey crisps
    few shakes of stevia
    1/2tsp baking powder
    put whey crisp in a and oats in blender until power then mix in bowl with the rest of the dry ingredients then add
    3 eggs or 5-6 eggs whites
    1 1/2tsp vanilla
    1cup apple sauce

    Light coating of coconut oil in pan. Bake at 350 for like 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean. They taste good if only i had the chocolate whey crisp they would be the best, but there clean and healthy by far in the brownie category.
    If you want once there cooled down throw a little almond or peanut butter on top. If you want then sweeter 1/2-1cup of dark chocolate chips will do it. i would post a picture but cant find my camera.

    i also made some protein bars but you got to keep them covered and in the fridge.

    Perfect Balance Protein Bars

    6 scoops whey crisps
    1 cup oats
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1/3 cup milk
    1/3 cup apple sauce
    1 tbsp almond butter
    1 tbsp peanut butter crunchy
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    few shakes stevia
    2 scoops ATW protein any flavor

    mix it all up. i know this looks alot like the brownie recipe but aaaaaa its different. freeze it for like 1 hour and cut into like 6 squares.

    So each square will be about 7g of fat(like no sat. fat) 22g carbs(less the half is sugar) and 39g protein.

    Again they would be perfect if i had the chocolate whey crisps so what i did was melt dark chocolate and drizzle it over the top. but there still good without. again sry no pic still cant find camera.

    i also made the protein burgers with lean turkey. flat whole wheat sandwich buns, spinach, tomato, and peanut butter on the but(trust me it is sooooo good, damn)

    i also made the hummus, tweaked the recipe a bit and next time i would make sure to powder the crisp more. after all this i had to stop adding protein to things because my intake was getting wicked high.

    i again i did some other stuff!!

    Salmon Cakes with protein

    In bowl separate 2 cups worth of skinless/cleaned salmon(ya need to flake it good like)
    ADD
    1 egg
    1/2cup milk
    1 medium onion
    1-2tbsp whole wheat flour
    1tbsp olive oil
    2-3scoops ground up whey crisps
    2 whole wheat cracker
    some thyme, basil, and garlic powder to taste
    mix this all together and form into patties(a bunch of smaller flat patties trust me big ones are hard to deal with, as i found out)

    Get some oil in a pan nice and hot and fry both sides till crispy.

    Great with mustard, or sweet Chile sauce.

    I do have pics now of all the stuff i've made but i can't share because i don't have enough post to my name i guess. When i do i will post them if ya want.

    also i forgot to say there good.

    As far as texture goes it all depends on how much you smash the whey crisps i did half almost powder and half just broken down a bit.

    Whey Crumbly Cake!!
    1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 cups all-purpose whole grain flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup plain yogurt
    2 large baking apples, peeled, cored and diced small (about 2 cups diced apples)
    Topping
    1/2 cup whey crisps
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cups chopped pecans
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour an 8 x 8 inch cake pan. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, on at a time, blending well. Stir in vanilla. In another bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture in batches alternating with the yogurt; mix until well blended. Stir in apples and pour into cake pan.
    In small bowl, stir together whey crisps,brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon and butter. Sprinkle evenly over the cake. Bake until top is golden brown, and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean about 50- 55 minutes. Cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes, turn the cake onto a wire rack and then invert onto serving platter. Enjoy!

    Whey Stir Fry. . . .
    Ingredients
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 3 tablespoons steak sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon montreal steak seasoning
    • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 (1-pound) flank steak trimmed and thinly sliced
    • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
    • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
    • 3/4 cup fat-free, less-sodium beef broth
    • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
    • 2 teaspoons canola oil
    • 1 cup sliced carrots
    • 1 cup broccoli florets
    • 1 1/2 cups snow peas, trimmed
    • 1 /2 cup whey crisps
    Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl, stirring well; sprinkle evenly over steak. Combine cornstarch , steak sauce, sugar, and red pepper in a medium bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Stir in broth and soy sauce.
    Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add carrot to pan; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add steak and broccoli; stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in broth mixture; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add snow peas and whey crisps; cook 30 seconds or until desired. Serve with rice.

    Popcorn Builder Ball
    1 bag already popped microwave popcorn
    2 cups chocolate Whey crisps
    1 bag marshmallows
    cup natural peanut butter

    Pop popcorn according to directions, set to side. In a large microwave safe bowl , add marshmallows and microwave on high for about two minutes until marshmallow appear soft. Immediately add peanut butter to marshmallows, stir until smooth. Add whey crisps and popcorn to mixture, folding until all popcorn well coated. With greased hand, shape mixture into balls.

    Honey Whey Fruit Salad

    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lime rind
    • 3 cups cubed pineapple
    • 1 1/2 cups chopped apple
    • 1 cup orange sections
    • 1 cup chopped peeled kiwi
    • 1/3 cup flaked sweetened coconut
    • 1 medium banana, sliced
    • cup whey crisps, any flavor
    • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
    Preparation
    Combine yogurt, honey, and lime rind in a small bowl.
    Combine pineapple and next 4 ingredients (through coconut) in a large bowl; toss gently to combine. Just before serving, stir in banana. Top fruit mixture with yogurt sauce; sprinkle with almonds and wheycrisps.

    Parfaits (Whey to Wake Up!)
    1. Make pudding(any flavor you choose) according to directions on box using skim milk.
    2. Using a 8oz glass, layer 4-5Tbsp pudding, 1Tbsp fat free cool whip(optional), 3-4Tbsp of Whey Crisps, slice up a banana-add 4-5 banana slices, repeat above steps one more time. Top with Cool whip, more banana and a few crisps!

    Breakfast option:
    Replace pudding, cool whip and banana with yogurt and fresh berries (blueberry, raspberry or strawberries).

    46protein, 75 carbs, 1 fat

    Pumped up Whey chocolate crisp oatmeal cookies
    4 scoops chocolate whey crisps
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 cup light brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 whole egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
    1 1/2 cups rolled oats
    1/4 cup apple sauce
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    Preheat oven to 375 F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix flour,whey crisps, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together shortening, apple sauce, granulated and brown sugars, egg, and vanilla until shortening breaks into pea-sized pieces. Add flour mixture to apple sauce mixture. Mix well. Fold in oats and chips. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes. Remove and place on cooling rack.

    PEANUT BUTTER BON BONS
    2 c. peanut butter
    cup splenda for baking
    1cup crushed fiber cereal
    2 cups chocolate whey crisps
    1 cup mixed nuts (optional)
    I block fat free cream cheese softened
    1 bag dark chocolate chips
    Combine softened cream cheese, splenda and peanut butter until smooth. Combine whey crisps, cereal and nuts into cream cheese mixture ; mix well. Shape into small balls. Chill for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler over boiling water; mix well. Dip bon bons into chocolate, place on waxed paper. Let stand until firm.

    WHEY BEAN SALAD
    beans beans there good for your biceps. . . . .
    • 1 Can Black beans - 15 0z, drained
    • 1 cup Corn - fresh or frozen
    • 1 cup tomato, drained and chopped
    • 1/2 red Onion, minced
    • 2 Tsp Garlic - minced
    • cup bell pepper – red or green
    • 1 cup whey crisps
    • 1/4 C Cilantro, chopped
    • 2 Tb Olive oil
    • 3 Tb Lemon juice - fresh
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    Combine all ingredients, refrigerate for two hours. Mix and serve.
