    Whey Crisp Protein power burger!!

    1 16 oz. ground chicken breast
    1 cup whey crisps
    2 egg whites
    1 teaspoon steak sauce
    3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon grill seasoning

    mix egg whites, steak sauce, worcestershire sauce and seasoning in a bowl. add chicken and whey crisps into mixture. make 4 small patties. Grill burgers on inside grill or frying pan until cooked through. add fat free or reduced fat cheese, tomato, red onion, and lettuce. serve on whole wheat roll.
    ( makes 8 mini sliders or 4 burgers)
