Ok first post so here goes. I'm looking to drop some blubber over the next 6 months and I'm trying a few things. here's where I stand so far

LBS: 311


Goal: 240lbs, 36in waist

Nutrition: following the abs diet

Supps: Stacking recreate,powerfull,anabolic-pump and surpercissus

As for work out I'm doing Ellington Darden's H.I.T

Any suggestions for fine tuning?
