    I am good on my diet until saturday. Does anyone have any suggestions that could help?

    Picture pizza, wings, ice cream as nasty fat and a large gut while making chicken breast, beef, and veggies look like muscle and a six-pack.

  3. What kind of suggestions are you looking for, Like what kinds of food to snack on?... Cuz you could easily repeat the things you are using for M-F... and if it's to hard then have Sat, be your cheat day, but still STICK TO 5-6Meals a day So your body can shred it off.

  4. i like going out and eating...before you order look around at all the fat asses and what they are eating and don't be them! i say this while i am preping my talipa and jasmine rice. fcuk this...i'm ordering pizza...

  5. I'm not really hungry, I eat because I'm bored. I know that sounds bad. I kinda got out of the habit of going to the gym so I was 145 about 11 weeks ago and I'm 131 now. I'm still trying to lose weight and I usually eat junk at night.

  6. You're not hungry because you dont eat 5-6 meals a day, You're not following a diet or a meal plan then. Because you practically contradicted yourself, O do i love health+fitness

  9. yea im usually good until sunday because its more of a lazy day. I was useing this as a mini carb load but now im cutting that out and just have to man up and not do it. With that beeing said I hd a huge breakfast this morning but it WONT happen again.

  10. Use the old psychology trick of turning an unconditioned stimulus, into a condition stimulus.

    So grab some electric cables with contacts attached to a car battery, and begin to eat a peice of pizza. The second you experience the delicious taste, close the loop on the battery by touching the contacts to your nipples. Continue doing this until you associate pizza with electrocution.


    Next, have sex with a hot girl while eating brocolli. Make sure to do this everytime you eat brocolli.

  12. I take EC on weekends to stop me from eating junk food. It kills my appetite.
