| Registered User | I'm not really hungry, I eat because I'm bored. I know that sounds bad. I kinda got out of the habit of going to the gym so I was 145 about 11 weeks ago and I'm 131 now. I'm still trying to lose weight and I usually eat junk at night. |

I was useing this as a mini carb load but now im cutting that out and just have to man up and not do it.
