| Registered User | You could do the Velocity diet. It is extreme however but I guess you can look to shed up to 20 plus pounds in 28 days. |

| Registered User | Dude thats not healthy and just plain stupid. Drop the carbs to around 100, try not to do anymore. And do alot more cardio than that.. how do you expect to lose weight with only 30 min of cardio. Bulk time. |
