Im so new to cardio

age-25
weight-220
height-5'11

I want to drop a few pds before i start my cycle of epi in aug
Im going to 400carbs per day.

Whats the best type of cardio to do to burn fat.. i heard that

walking=burns fat
runnin= burns fat & muscle

tips?

You could do the Velocity diet. It is extreme however but I guess you can look to shed up to 20 plus pounds in 28 days.

Dude thats not healthy and just plain stupid.

Drop the carbs to around 100, try not to do anymore. And do alot more cardio than that.. how do you expect to lose weight with only 30 min of cardio.
