I have a question about meal timing.

I currently eat my bf usually around 8-8:30. snack at 10:30...lunch at 11:30. Snack at 2:30. Then I have a carb loaded preworkout meal at about 6. Gym is usually 6:30/7 to 8-9 time frame. Dinner is around 9:30ish...usually.

Question is...should I dump the preworkout carb meal and move dinner there...and then after gym just have a protein shake? I am starting to think I might be eating a tad too late. I usually get to bed between 11 and 12 and get up at 6:30.
