hey guys just want to let everyone know im only on day 3 of this diet but so far im looking alot leaner and dryer.... ok heres some stats im 6'0 about 188 pounds and 9% body fat... my goal is to get to around 7% bodyfat just in the maintence phase.. This diet is great i have just been eating alot of red meat, bacon, hot dogs, egg yolks, cheese, butter, and then of course chicken... i will be updating a little bit but from the TONS of reviews I haveread this is a great diet to cut on without losing muscle... The supplements i am using is ONLY 25mg of T3 to increase protein absorbtion.. and EC stack 25/200 2 times a day just because im expecting my energy levelsto be low from no carbs...
