This is an old pic, but Im back there again after taking off for some time. Im eating at 2200 cals 40/40/20 and starting cardio in the morning. I would at least like to get down to 15%. Should I change my cals, ratios, or both. I really dont want to go under 2000, but if I have to I will .

How tall are you?

Very basically theres 3000 calories in a pound, so either eat less calories, or burn more calories doing cardio.
