  1. My diet log- need suggestions please


    Hi guys,
    I would like to have some suggestions on my diet..
    I have attached my meal plan (diet sheet)..
    Goal is to burn fat and keep as much of LBM as possible..
    I ratio of work out is 3:1.. three days on and one day off..
    On my work out days i do weight training for about 30 minutes and right after i do Cardio for about 30-45 mins..
    Any suggestions are welcome..

    Protein: 36%
    Carbs: 37%
    Fat: 26%
    Total carlorie intake = 2100
    Age :20
    Height: 5ft 10'
    weight 195 lb
    body fat: around 17%
    Body type: Endomorph

  2. Looks good man. Props on no powders and all whole food sources. Granted I don't know your body type and how you respond to certain macros, but that looks like a pretty solid outline for your stated goals.
