I take 25mg of Bronk.
200mg of caffeine 30 min. prior to w/o.

Definitely gives me the boost I need.

I've never tried lipo 6 or hydroxycut, but for me ECA provides a moderate energy boost and a huge appetite suppressant.

You could take that up to three times a day, but I wouldn't do anymore than twice.
