    diet killers!!

i know you all eat a clean strict diet ( ) and wouldnt even ponder about comsuming these suckas but thought it was a nice list....of the 12 worst "restaurant/fast food" chain items (made me cringe a bit...i will only write up the names and nutrition info:

cinnabon aramel pecanbon (1100 cal, 141 carbs, 8g prot, 56g fat)
taco bell taco salad: (850 cal, 69g carbs, 30g protein, 52g fat)
    krispy kreme glazed creme-filled doughnuts: (350cal, 39 carbs, 4 protein, 20 fat)
jamba juice bana berry smoothie: (448 cal, 103 carb, 5 protein, 2 fat)
others mentioned that i can recall: carl's junior double bacon chesseburger w/ added onion rings, chili's asian chicken lettuce wrap (kinda suprising i guess...but who knows what standard these cats were judging by), there a quite a few more but dont really recall....

That has to be one of the worst food combos I've ever seen.  But I willing to bet 9/10 Americans would throw it down as breakfast and not even think twice.

Those krispy kremes are awesome but everytime I look at one of the plain glazed donuts I think of the twenty+ minutes on the elliptical it takes to burn it off.  Keeps me away from them on all but cheat days and not often even then.

im at a point in my nutrition, where i can safely say i dont get cravings for a donut, cinnamon roll, and all them good stuff. (might walk by the cinnabun stand, just to get a whiff but no interest in actually throwin' it down) but pizza (having lived in ny now off and on for last 4 years), and candies....those are my passions man.
