| Registered User | which came first.... cardio or lifting? I have read many different opinions, but no solid evidence on what I should do first. so in your opinions (professional or otherwise) when I walk into the gym, should I a.) go straight upstairs to the treadmill or b.) stay down stairs and hit the weights? tell me what you do too... ![]() |
