| Registered User | i'm a member at ballys, and was wondering if taking group classes ( such as yoga, pilates or a total body class *focuses on cardio weight loss, resistance trains and flexibility*) could substitute for a full body workout session or a HIIT session? | Avant Research Rep Board Sponsor | The total body class would work for a full-body WO session, but they are too long to be a HIIT session.
