Arrow Cutting Stack

Need some help with a cutting stack:

Any Recommendations?

Stats:
5'10
254
23 years old
21% Body Fat

Diet is decent, and I can handle cutting the crap out, but I have a harder time dropping the weight. -- Any suggestions?

Sorry, I am kinda new to cutting down like this, what do you men by micromanage your macronutrients? I understand cut back the calories, but not sure what you mean by micromanage your macronutrients.

To really maximize the potential of lean muscle mass when cutting it is important to pay attention to the percentage of protein, carbs, and fats your taking in. A really effective way to lose fat quick, and maintain as much lean muscle mass is to have a diet high in protein, high in healthy fats (fish oils, olive oils, coconut oil, flaxseed oil, etc., reduce your overall carboydrate intake dramatically.

something like this: 1.5 grams of protein/pound of lean body mass
.5-.75 grams of fat/ pound of lean body mass
carbohydrate range between 30-100 grams a day, depending on the individual

This is a real quick outline of how it could be done. I suggest you do a little research to get the finer details.

Also, supplementing with high doses of fish oil, BCAA's, will really help you hold on to your muscle.
