| Gold Member | cutting with maintained musclehardness/pump i am cutting right now, dropped 12 pounds in 3 weeks, with cardio before breakfast, using creatine pyruvate+b-alanine+coffeine as precardio/workout supp. Postworkout i use 20g of carbs+eaa. But i want to see if there is any possible way of having more vascularity or muscle hardness with the use of pslin or AP as a postwork pill taken directly after workout, then 15 minutes later eating 40g-60g Carbs+EAA? Is it waste of money using Ap or Pslin when cutting/dieting or can it be useful? I know that u gotta be low on carbs when dieting, atm i am on 60-80g carbs total/day. I just want to get more hardness/vascularity... any ideas? Or should i use AP before each meal? |

| Registered User | Pslin could be a possible solution since it is only taken once a day..... You could probably get away with eating 80 g of carbs and still get great results from Pslin.. Xtend is great for BCAA's and a nice energy boost before your workout as well |
