Cutting fat while working 14 hours ?

Hope you guys can help me out please. 38 year old male that works a ton of hours. I weigh 230lbs at 6 feet tall. I really want to make a difference in my health but have only been working out 1 time a week. Don't feel good , have trouble sleeping and believe the weight Iam carrying is hurting my lower back. Also gassed out completely helping carrying a trampoline about 200 feet...yes thats sad i know. I need some help or recomendations as far as what to do to help get control of my health ( diet/ supplements etc ) that I can somehow work into a crazy work schedule. I have 4 young children and want to see them grow up.
