Ive been on a pretty good diet the past 30 days. lost 2% body fat. what i wanted to know was, when is the best time to hit the treadmill? in the morning before breakfast? at night? i usually go to the gym after school which is at 3:PM 2 hours after i eat lunch. thanks for any suggestions. |

| Registered User | Low impact cardio before breakfast (sip on some BCAA's) Workouts (for muscle building), there is anecdotal evidence suggesting an evening, late night workout is most effective.
