Hey guys, im 16 yrs old, and trying to recomp/cut. i weigh 162lbs as of this morning. im at about 12% BF. My maintance cals are 2800 with working out included. i workout 5 days a week.

Your diet looks pretty solid and well-thought out. It would seem that if you followed this diet you would see some great results. You also have a lot going for you at your age. My advice would be to stick with your diet as best as possible and don't give up if you don't see results quickly. Also gauging results by the mirror is more important than by the scale. Good luck and stay determined!
