| RAWR | im doing sesamin, green tea, yohimbine, lean xtreme and x-lean right now and coupling it with a 10K training cardio routine and weight training 3-4 days a week. Macros are 50/20/30 and 1800 cal's. the fat is flying off. Today I Follow, Tomorrow I Lead. |
