| Registered User | How much should I lose I would like to get to 8% this year... Diet is solid/routine, but Genetics may prevent me from losing as much fat per lb as i would like.. I am 191.4 @ 13.2% Bodyfat as of yesterday. 5'11. How Much weight do I need to lose to get to 8%.. What weight should i just say fudge it and start bulking again? |

| Registered User | If you lost 11 lbs of nothing but fat, you would be at 8%. Basically, at 191.4 lbs and 13.2% BF, you have 25.26 lbs of fat. Therefore 166.14 lbs of lean. If you still had 166.14 lbs of lean after dieting, then you would be at 8% when you reach 180.58 lbs. (assuming no muscle loss) Of course, I tend to say 'fudge it' whenever I get to around 10.5% body fat. It's hard for me to get under that point, and I think I look good at that point. :-) |
