Thoughts on cutting bf %

what's up guys. so i tested my bf % today for the first time in my first year of serious lifting. I think that i have my diet nailed down pretty good and my training has evolved drastically over the past 12 months. I was pretty hefty when I first started. Today I measured at 17% bf. I am 23, 6ft, and weight 196 lbs. I came off of a lean bulk about 3 months ago and have just started to seriously cut down about a week ago. I'm currently carb cycling, alternating between med, low, and no carb days. med days are about 180g, low days range from 80-90. I'm taking in about 300g of protein a day, half from shakes, the other half from chicken, turkey, and salmon. All of my lifting days range from 1 - 1 1/2 hrs and range from moderate to high intensity. Every workout is followed by either a 20 min....2 mile run, or a 30 min 3 mile run. My main goal is to get my bf% down to the single digits without sacrificing too much of the hard earned muscle. How long would you guys expect this to take w/ this type of diet/training. Any other advice thrown my way would be greatly appreciated....this is the first time I've ever even considered getting down that low on the bf so it's a whole new game to me. Thanks guys.
