Need help with my Macros.....

I am currently 264lbs. Down from 290 this time last year. But I am now shooting for 230lbs by June 1st.

This is my current Food Intake and Macro. Need some help tweaking it. Main concern is when to eat the Carbs vs Protein, etc.

Each of the foods list will be substituted with like foods.

Any and all help is appreciated.

Daniel

What time of the day do you usually workout? Sticking with mostly proteins and fats later in the evening has always worked well for me(unless you workout late in the evenings). I would simply nix the carbs after meal 5. Should give you plenty of time in the day to use up what you intake from the morning on. Simply switch the pb in lunch with the sweet potato in dinner, and throw some natty pb in with the cottage cheese. Sounds yummy to me.

Mix in a carb source for your post wo shake. A cup or two of milk or some waxy maze starch should work nicely. Put the sweet potato in dinner into lunch and put the pb in lunch with either dinner or your pre bed cottage cheese. Look into some low sugar yogurt to substitute with too, pb and vanilla low carb yogurt is gooooood.

I tried the PB and Cottage Cheese last night. Not too bad. Same great PB taste with a different texture.

I will rearrange my list and repost.
