How many calories should I consume?

  1. How many calories should I consume?

    My upcoming cycle is going to consist of;

    AX Triple Stack
    MVP/ZMK Stack
    Scivation Xtend
    Bulk L-Leucine
    AN RPM
    MST Ragnarok

    Possibly RPN's Gut Health as well.

    I'm also making 2 custom protein mixes through Protein Factory. The WPI for PWO consists of 90% of protein and the nighttime protein consists of 95% protein, which includes WPIs and different caseins.

    I might also occasionally use some natural support supplements, such as fish oil, HMB, DHEA, D-Ribose, etc. I'm still undecided, though.

    Now, the whole point for me this time around is to pack on some hardcore muscle mass, but also help burn some fat.

    I will be working out 5 days a week, most likely Monday - Friday. I usually do about 10 minutes of cardio before lifting and 10 minutes afterwards, but I might be trying out HIIT cardio 2-3 times a week. I'm still undecided on this for right now, too.

    I'll be eating a lot of meat, green veggies, fruits, whole grain foods, drinking protein shakes, and drinking a lot of water and milk (low-fat/non-fat.)
