Dieting and not working out upper body, will i loose too much upper mass?

    Dieting and not working out upper body, will i loose too much upper mass?


    I have to partial rotator cuff tears in both my shoulders so i cant workout my upper for about a month. Im currently doing 5 days bulking/5 days cutting and was wondering if i didint work out my upper will it shrink when i cut more than if i just maintaned?

    Also im doing smolov so 4 days a week squatting
