Then performs self exorcism to get rid of spare tire.

Really, my diet has stalled and I need some help. I started at about 209lb with a 37" waist and am now down to about 189lb with a 33" waist. Oh and I'm 38 years old.
It's tremendous progress, but things have ground to a halt. That stubborn belly and fat on my thighs is mocking me to take it to the next level but I need some help to know how to get there.

Here's my current diet:
2000 calories per day.
Protien:45g per meal.
Carbs: 20g per meal on w/o days; below 10g on nwo days.
Healthy fats make up the difference in calories.

Here's my current workout:
Lifting mwf and change routine every 3 weeks, with 20 minutes light cardio (heart rate about 135) pwo.

Non lifting (tuesday, thursday) days 30 minutes hi intensity cardio after breakfast.

Even though I change my workout routine every 3 weeks I know my body is fighting like crazy to hold onto the flab. Regrettably I've lost about .5" off my arms in the process (most was fat) but it started to freak me out anyway.
Although I lost the first 20lb's naturally (okay with Leviathan for 6 weeks) I recently threw in 25mg of var. (daily) with 75mg of prop. (every third day) because I felt like I had already burnt up a good deal of muscle (when I started I was benching 225 for 16 and maxing at 315 for 4. Now I doubt if I could put up 225 for 8). Which is scary for a guy my age because these days I'll fight like a mountain cat to hold onto whatever I've got. Just not the flab.

What next? Fasted cardio? Less calories? Lifting M,T-TR,F?

I know this is a long arse post, but any suggestions would be appreciated!

I'm assuming that when you say light cardio, or hi intensity cardio you mean some form of running or jogging right?

You might want to try switching up the cardio type, and transition into swimming, or rowing (if your gym has a rowing machine). I started out running, like you, and I found that doing rowing or swimming instead allowed me to hold onto more strength and muscle, while still loosing fat.

The next important question... when you say the stubborn belly and thigh fat is resisting, does that mean you are unable to loose more weight, or you are loosing weight but it does not seem to be coming off of those areas?

Finally, one thing you may want to consider is a cortisol blocker, I incorperated Lean Extreme into my regiment and it made a HUGE difference in my waist size.

ps - Awesome pic of Doyle for an avatar, good to see a Fiend Club member around !

I do the stationary bike on w/o days and then uphill sprints on nwo days.

Well, I'm able to lose more, but it just seems like I get smaller overall (including muscle) no increased hardness or definition. And yes, little to no improvement in the stubborn areas.

Hey thanks, glad you like the avatar. Seen Doyle lately? He looks better than ever.

I think depending on where you are at maybe a tta product like DCP or LipidFX would help. That will specifically help liberate fats into the bloodstream to be used as fuel. Outside of that, or in combo with that, maybe a topical like napalm could help as well. Whats your bodyfat % like?

bodyfat started at about 18%. I never should have let it get that high but my strength was going through the roof alongside the weight gain. This was w/o any gear.
Once I realized how sloppy looking I had gotten I decided to lean out. I'm not sure where my bf% is now, but it's all right on my gut and my ass. It's bizarre cause my arms are pretty lean and very vascular it's the lower half that's lagging hard.

so still not horribly high at the moment. I think a TTA product could really help out.

I ran into the same problem, and I really believe swiming and rowing actually stimulated my body to retain muscle. For me, it seems like that type of cardio was telling my body to hold on to muscle better than running (i didn't try biking).

Speaking of Doyle, I actually saw him and Danzig on Halloween here in the Los Angeles area. Was an amazing show, they both did great.

Looks liked you mentioned taking anabolics, so I have to ask if you would not be totally opposed to taking something like clen / albuterol if you are not already. I've been taking albuterol and loving it, it is the only thing that really started to chip away at my stubborn lower back fat....

if you are interested, my log is here:

Right on, how was Gorgeous Frankenstein? I heard Danzig f'd his arm up beforehand how did he do?

Yeah, you read my mind BigCasino, I have some liquid clen, 200mcg per ml. I'm planning on adding it in tomorrow.

I read your log, sounds like great stuff. I know I can't do Leviathan and clen at the same time like you did with the Leviathan and albuterol. Last time I tried the two together my bp shot up to like 165/85. I've added in hawthorne since then hoping to keep bp at a maneagable level.

as direct brands i've used DCP + lipidfx, you can also get just bulk. its a fairly good idea to get poseidon at the same time, as if you go relatively high dosed on the TTA you can get cramps + headaches from the electrolye changes in bloodstread, which posiedon will take care of for you. What a complex process it is sometimes :D

you could try some techniques like HIIT or high intensity interval training, along with the tabata method to see if that jump starts your metabolism.

Great suggestion, interval training is new to me so this could be a good addition to my arsenal.

What's tabata?

its something best done on front squats, you will do front squats with as many reps as you can for 20 seconds, then you take a 10 second rest, and you do this until a total time of 4 minutes is achieved. so that is 8 sets i believe. you would want to go light, i normally do front squats with 185 lbs, and i do 95lbs when i do these. i find its good to have someone there pushing you, towards the end i start to want to give up.

sprints work, but i like the front squats better, it seems to boost my metabolism ALOT more, and i also seem to get a much harder workout in the process, and using front squats it recruits a lot of different muscles.

Yeah, front squats are something else. Not the kind where you cross your arms over the bar, overhand grip with the weight on your palms. That's a workout.

i work every muscle twice per week, so if i were on a cut, one leg day i would lift heavy, and on the next i would do the tabata, and then once i finish it i might do some mild things like leg curls and extensions, calf raises, or just other leg exersises with light weight. so i center my lift of the day around it. its really taxing on the body and hard to maintain doing it on an as regular basis and slow cardio, or even HIIT. if im doing HIIT though, i do it after lifting.

I'm no fitness instructor BUT, what is your goal and how fast do you want to achieve your goal?

1)Have you tried longer cardio workouts... let's say 45-60 min and do them 2x perday/ 6days per week. For example, go to the gym workout and do an hour of cardio. Then comeback 6-8 hours later and do another hour of cardio with some abs(abs first)

2)have you tried ephedrine or ephedra? I think those work quite well with other combinations of pills(thermo, caffiene, or someone stated earlier 'lean extreme').

3)Cut your calories even more

I think the most important question you have to ask yourself is how fast do you want to lose these calories?
