Cortisol

Generally, how much adipose fat on your body is cortisol related? Maybe a little bit better question would be how many lbs./inches one would expect to lose while take a cortisol controller like Retain 2, Lean Xtreme, etc.?

Ever since my Incarnate, Retain, ResetAD stack i leaned out a bit. Only dropped calls about 500-700 a day. I def got more vascular and my abs outlined some too. Like i said though i downed calls a bit. Trained more in the 8-12 rep range.

Im ordered the AX stack without the Retain, one casue i just ran a bottle and 2 casue i feel no need for it.

Its very personal its sort of like "how much hair is on your back" it varies widely from person to person. I think the most i've seen from logs in a 2 month span is an inch and a half to two inches off waistband. but you rarely find someone doing a cortisol reducer "solo", so they are also cutting calories, raising cardio, etc. So really hard to judge.

Right, everyone's different and diet, cardio, etc. will also come into play. I think I'm going to go ahead and add it into my cutting stack. Thanks.

Out of all the cort controllers, I think I am going to go with Retain 2 also. Seems promising and there's a lot of feedback. 7-keto dhea transdermally sounds like a nice addition.

Custom nutrition warehouse sells it relatively cheap, I figure add it into nutraplanet's bulk lipoderm and you are all set

How about 7-Hydroxy DHEA, its supposedly stronger. I've been meaning to give it a try.
