Weight Loss for Vegans..?

Does anyone know where I am able to find some info for a diet that is vegan friendly?

Not to be an ass but I'm wondering how a vegan could possibly get fat? Most of the vegans I've know have looked like 10 year old girls.

I know what you mean, but my gf is whining lately.
I told her she is losing weight, and I keep hearing the my backside so on and so on story.
