| Registered User | getting rid of "canckles" So I was blessed from my mom to get her sweet canckles (my legs have more then normal fat around ankle calf area. I play rugby in college, and am in very good shape. I bike, run, sprint, lift, and also eat healthy (for college standards). Any recommendations to get rid of them. Also the couple pounds I will loose will really help my speed, in my position speed kills. |

If you are biking, running, sprinting, you have your cardio requirements to loose weight all set. If it is fat, all you will need to do it is monitor your diet. Reduce your overall caloric intake, maintain a high protein diet, but less calories, etc. | |

| Registered User | Its definitely fat, I can pinch of more of it in my ankle region then anywhere else on my body. My diet a fairly clean cereal or oatmeal for breakfast, snack on pretzels or yogurt, chicken breast sandwich for lunch (grilled), pasta before practice, and chicken after practice with pasta. I have to keep a fairly high caloric intake because we practice condition many times a week, I also lift 4X per week. I definitely don't want to loose any strength. I was wondering if there is any specific exercises I can do to help them out. Also what fat burning product do you guys recommend, I'm pretty stationary at body fat % prob 12. Its hard to get down below that for me. Thanks guys |

| TCP™ Puttin' the P back in Pimp Board Moderator | Topical fat loss products may work but i don't think you're going to get anywhere trying to exercise your ankles ![]() A wise man said: Once you come ashore you will have a renewed appreciation for the simple things and find a joy that may have been missed, overlooked or otherwise unappreciated before. | Registered User | I'm all for hard work and all that, but your right thats something you were born with and unless you just sport a seriously underweight body, which isn't healthy,Best option here is talk with a Plastic surgeon, this is something they can defenitely take care of,probably $2k-$3k range I'd guess....Defenitely ask around some girls you know that have got there tits done or whatever and find a good doctor and they should give a free office visit andwill be able to tell you what they can do...could be as simple as site specific Liposuction,or even minor surgery to move things around,etc...this is an easy fix IMO...let me know what they say...guarantee it will be good news and he;ll be like"No problem"kankles are history...Now write me a big fat check with lots of zero's...but it will be worth it..that and I would do lots of calf raises... You can drive to the gym and wonder how you got there or you can consciously take note of the journey and enjoy the drive for the thing that it is. ~P.Borresen |

| Taking a break... | Two words - tube socks All joking aside - alot of people suffer from the same thing, no one that I know has had much luck getting rid or it, but one person I know for a fact just worked his calves so great that they grew and made it appear smaller at the ankle - good luck regardless |

| Board Sponsor Board Sponsor | I would try Avant labs Lipoderm. It is affordable, works well and its topical so you can apply it directly. You can add Raspberry ketones or caffeine or yohimbine to it to increase effectiveness. All woman!! Recomp Performance Nutrition |
