weight Vs. Bodyfat

    weight Vs. Bodyfat


    Is it ok for your weight to go up a couple of pounds but your body fat to go down, like my I gained 4 lbs of weight , but my body fat went from 14.5% to 13.5% is that ok??

    Umm...seriously? Yea that is more than ok, that is what everyone wants to do. Essentially that means that your gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time. Isn't that your goal?
