Ok most important im 5'8" 185 lbs. I work out 5 days a week and im trying to cut down to about 175 and tighten up.
My diet is as follows:
Breakfast: One scoop ON 100% Gold Standard (CHOC)
1 cup Skim Milk
1/2 cup oats (This is a staple every mornin)
Post W/O: Protein Shake:1 scoop ON Gold Standard (CHOC)
2 tbspn Natty PB
1 cup skim milk
1 banana
I blend all this and also have a can of Tuna
2 - 3 Hours Later -
1 sweet potatoe w/ 1/2 cup of cottage cheese on top
1 piece of grilled chicken breast
2 -3 hours Later - 1 cup Lima beans
1 piece of grilled chicken breast
8 strawberries
2- 3 Hours Later - 1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 cup black beans
3/4 cup Eggbeaters Southwestern
Usually snack on a banana, about 1/4 cup almonds, and a Pure Protein Bar when im in a pinch at work and my stomach starts moanin. This Usually amounts to between 2200 - 2500 cals.
