Here's the rundown...
320 lbs, 22% bf.. looking to drop as much fat as possible within the next 2 months.
Is it advisable to do weights in the morning and later on in the day hop on the bike for about 45 mins - 1hr?
Or will this be too catabolic towards muscle?
Looking for any feedback here guys,
