Anyone read this book? It seems very interesting and will provide good information on cholesterol and such. I'm hoping to buy it when I get a little more money.

I have read it and its an excellent book and I would highly recommend reading it.

This one, I have not actually read YET, but it is on my list of future reading...........so many books...so little time.

Looks like a good read.
