i know everybody's body chemistry is different BUT just trying to find a starting point. i got a cruise coming up in 5 1/2 weeks and want to lean out. I am trying to stay away from SUPPLEMENT help cuz even if i did a 4week of whatever, the 1st week of PCT i will be on on a cruise wining & dining myself. i am wanting to burn BF without sacrificing to much size/muscle. 60%protein, 20% carbs, & 20%fat. any input would be helpful. i do eat clean, and i am doing 40-45min cardio on empty stomach in the AM and 30-35min in the evening. thanks for any input.
