    Thank you so much... that is exactly what I was looking for. I have downloaded and evaluated 5 different exercise programs and none even came close to this and it's free!!

    I use a program called CrossTrainer. You can DL it from www.crosstrainer.ca, but you'll need a seriel number if you decide to keep it. Best one I've ever found.

    yeah, i've blown too many dollars on weakly designed softwares. i'm using bodyfitdb for pc(kinda sux) but for palm dietlog rocks. i like it better than the newer balancelog personally.
