Hi, my name is david i am 21 and i weight about 180 pounds. I was your average skinny white guy all through high school and it was awsome. When i went off to college about 6 months of my freshman year i went nuts on lifting weights. I was insecure about my skinny body and wanted to get buff. I went to the gym everyday and lifted hardcore. I used whey protein before and after each work out and i ate like a monster. I have stopped working out in the past few months, and some muscle has gone. But i want it all gone. I want to be skinny and a twig like i was in high school. what should i do to ''Bulk down'' so i can get thin again ?
