Cutting without cardio... Who can?

  1. Cutting without cardio... Who can?


    Seems like I have decent results using Lipo6, Cap, Lipoderm Ultra, a clean diet and a change in my workout.... No cardio at all. Anyone else this lucky?.... I can lose the ab's in the winter and get them back in about 8-10 weeks during the spring.

    I can do it pretty easily with a change in macros and cals and a slightly more intense workout...

    I'm sure if I really tried I could, but the only times I really burn fat well is when doing HIIT.

  4. Easily, but then I count all my calories plus it helps being ecto.

  5. no way!! i HAVE to ramp up the cardio to get any good cuts in the mid section.

  6. Yep, when I was training, I used to be able to cut up just by tweaking my diet. I have a very fast metabolsim. Without training, I weigh about 60kg wringing wet. Though I ended up doing cardio anyway because it made me feel a lot better.

    LOL....dont ask why....just enjoy it.

    LOL.....Well it was in the form of thai boxing, so it wasnt like running on a tread mill all day long. I found it also made my gains look better too because of all the body weight excercises we did and heavy bag work. It also helped give me strength to lift more in the gym as well. It really tricks your body and worked really well for me. But couldnt do it more than once a week and I had to really up my calls and fats, but it was worth it.

  9. If you do circuit training with compound movements, it's a lot like HIIT, so yeah, it's possible.

  11. When I was younger and more strict on my diet, I used to never do cardio. As I have gotten older and my metabolism has decreased and Im not as strict on my diet (even while cutting) I have to do cardio more.

    hard, quick, and proper training + solid, rational diet = results no matter what.
