| Registered User | Protein Bar Recipe Just thought I'd share my recipe with everyone. 1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter 1 1/2 Cups Protein Powder (I use Customizer's chocolate MPI) 8 Tbsp Honey 1 Cup Oatmeal (not the instant kind) 1 1/2 Cups Skim Milk 1 Tsp Cinnamon I just mix all these in a large mixing bowl (you might want to throw the peanut butter in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to soften it up), spread it into a pan and bake it for 30 min. @ 325 deg. Using this recipe each bar works out to be: Cal. - 370 Protein - 24 Carbs - 33 Fat - 17 |

| Registered User | thats pretty much the standard ingredients for the classic homemade bars. but thanx for your input. i would also add in a dash of milke or water to give it more texture to it. And also helps to toss in the honey along with the PB in the microwave. These, i down so easily, i recommend it for more a bulking diet than cutting. Sage |
