Well, Im back after a long break from working out. I weight about 200, instead of my usual 185 so Im tryin to get down some pounds. I got my workout routine set so just wanted to post what I am taking for some feed back.
DCP- 6 caps a day
PLCAR- 1000 mg a day (Propionyl L Carnitine) this is in addition to the PLCAR in DCP
Alcar- 500 MG a day
2 sesamin caps a day, away from DCP to keep liver healthly.
Fish oil, 4 caps a day, with the sesamin
Protien,Multi V.... blah blah blah
Trying to stay away from stims, I dont like the way I feel on em.
