16 year old guy looking to lose weight and add muscle.

I am a 16 year old sophmore and i weigh in at around 260 pounds, im looking to turn most of this weight over to muscle, i am looking for you guys to help me get a diet and plan going, i will have unlimited access to a total gym. Thanks for your help guys.

Diet and consitency in the gym..Search around the boards for some diets and workout routines. Also your 260 lbs, but we need more info such as height and bodyfat. Also post up your current diet and workout routine so we can help you
