| Registered User | BCAA's and Fat Loss Should BCAA's be avoided late at night due to their insulin response. I have been taking Xtend throughout the day including PM but I read that this can cause an insulin response that leads to greater fat storage, just as carbs do at night. Is this true and do you think BCAA's should or shouldn't be avoided at night? |
