Ok I havent posted in a while and I have done a CKD with miraculous results before, but this time I am making a longer pause between carb ups. That being said, I am also running 1-1.5 miles 4-5 days a week. Being 300 lbs my glycogen is easily going to be consumed when my @$$ is running for any extended amount of time.

Well since my brain is running solely off ketone-bodies and I have anxiety, how the hell do I shake the fog. I am taking a good multi and some ginseng but thats about it.

I also have some psychotropin, but I like to save that for studying. Any suggestions or tricks I dont know about?
