ok how should i take it. And i was wondering for the caffene i need can i substitute the caffene pills with lipo 6 it has the caffene i need. how many mg do i take and how many times a day. thanks

Sorry, I can't help with the lipo, don't know the product well enough to give an opionion.

Also, before you take your combo I suggest you go into it with some caution. The combination can cause some stomach gitters. Start out by one day taking just the caffeine and see how you feel, then try taking the ephedrine by it's self. If you still feel ok, then try them together.
The last time I took the combo I was flying for about 16 hours straight. I didn't mind it, but my wife was ready to kill me.

start with

12.5mg of E
100mg of C
no need for aspirin

spaced 5 hrs apart
5am
10am
final dose 3pm

then once u found ur tolerance.. bump the E up to 25mg each dose and leave the C at 100mg a dose.

as far as lipo 6.. cycle it with the EC.... so do lipo 6 for 2 weeks..the EC for 2 weeks... i never experienced any buzz from the combo but with proper diet and exercise i went from 200 down to 184 in 7 months while still building god muscle

I agree with wrkn, Just be careful with the 3pm dose. If you are a light sleeper I would stay away from stims after 1pm, personally.
 
I definitely agree with starting at 12.5 mg. I have a pretty low tolerance and usually don't use more than that at a whack. The half life of E is about 6-7 hours IIRC. I have even seen people quarter the tabs and take them at 6.25 mg a whack dosed more frequently to try and limit the crash you might get during the day. I'd take your last dose at least 8 hours prior to bedtime when starting.

I don't see a point in going much over 75mg ephedrine and 600 mg caffeine in a day, maybe even less than that is better. The stacks main benefit is the appetite suppression and energy it gives. taken alone, ephedrine doesn't burn huge amounts of calories (i am wildly speculating maybe 100-200 kcals extra per day). Its the focus, strength, energy and appetite suppresion people like so much.
