    I was wondering, how long after a pro hormone cycle would it be ok to start taking a thermogenic? I was wondering about cutting all together. Obviously it takes a while during the pct to become solid muscle. How long does that take? I'm sure it's different for each person but on acerage how long does it take for the muscle to solidify?


  2. I wouldn't worry about thermogenic's, some are anti-catabolic so they can help retain muscle. I would do more of a lean bulk or re-comp based on the info you shared

  3. Some use these types of products to recover regularly. But I would suggest keeping the doses low to moderate to avoid prolonging the recovery period. Clen, or a fibrate would be prefered, given their superior ability to attenuate lipogenesis while you pound the calls back to get the natural test back up.

  4. Depends on the thermogenic. Ephedrine or a thyroid-based product would probably not be a good idea during P.C.T. As mentioned, clen is a better choice (although with the sides, I'd choose albuterol over clen).

    For me it works best when PCT = time on, and 2-3 weeks after. If all is planned well the gains become real gains and then I start with a gradual cal reduction, that eventually leads to an all out cut diet. The day of cal reduction equals the day of thermo use, which for me is usually AMP.
