    Critique my cutting diet please! Stats + Macros + goals included!

    BF: ~15%
    Goal: Maintain as much mass / weight as possible and drop to 6-8% by Jan 2007.

    change your carbohydrate and fat intake every three days. three days high carbs and three days high fat. Trick the body so it wont plunge into a metabolic plateau. also dont shy away from healthy fats that include poly and monunsturated fats. Don't be afraid to try new things Everybody's body is different. So play it by eat and jot down what you eat. PLay by ear so you can maximize intensity in the gym without having to sacrifice hard earned muscle.

    Stayed up all night last night studying for finals (and eating, but tuna and sweet potatos only). Went to the GYM at 5 AM after studying but took 1 Lipo-6 before doing cardio. Weighed in at 177.5, been cutting 6 weeks, down 16.5 lbs. Going to do afternoon workout after 2mg Mega-TRN. Still no solid six pack, but definatly wont be long. Havnt cheated at all since Thanksgiving. Will stay on strict cutter until cycle is over.
